Precisei levar minha cachorrinha para atendimento veterinário e fui muito bem atendida. Ótima veterinária, super atenciosa....tirou todas as minhas dúvidas e tratou super bem da minha florzinha...super indico!! Aproveitei e já comprei a ração e os remedinhos, pois estavam com o preço bem em conta!!! Top 10!!!

I had to take my dog to veterinary care and I was very well attended. Great veterinarian, super attentive .... took away all my doubts and treated my flower very well ... super recommended !! I took advantage and already bought the feed and the remedies, because they were with the price well in account !!! Top 10 !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Agendei banho e tosa para minha cachorra, levei com horário agendado e depois de 3 horas me ligam pra dizer que o tosador não foi trabalhar. As DUAS VEZES que eu levei aconteceu a mesma coisa! Irresponsáveis e sem compromisso com o cliente. NÃO RECOMENDO
Terrible! I scheduled a bath and grooming for my dog, took it at scheduled time and after 3 hours call me to say that the groomer did not go to work. The TWICE I took the same thing happened! Irresponsible and without commitment to the customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meus cachorrinhos pela primeira vez no Mundo Pet e sempre que levo eles pela primeira vez em algum lugar fico apreensiva. Mas eu ADOREI o serviços deles, queria destacar a tosa, pedi que se atentassem a alguns detalhes (pois meu cachorro sempre fica triste qndo tosa) e eles superaram as expectativas!!!! Meu cachorro nem sentiu que tosou e ficou super lindinho =). Além disso, reparei que eles escovaram os dentinhos dele, o que NUNCA aconteceu em outros locais. Em resumo, AMEI! Ganharam uma nova cliente!!! Muito obrigada pelo carinho!!
I took my puppies for the first time at Mundo Pet and whenever I take them for the first time somewhere I get apprehensive. But I LOVED their service, I wanted to highlight the grooming, I asked them to pay attention to some details (because my dog is always sad when grooming) and they exceeded expectations !!!! My dog didn't even feel that he coughed and it was super cute =). Also, I noticed that they brushed his teeth, which has NEVER happened in other places. In short, LOVED! They won a new client !!! Thank you for caring!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei muito triste com o trabalho deles, levei meu schnauzer para fazer banho e tosa e surpreendentemente peguei meu cachorro com tosa geral... sem explicação... fiquei chocada!! Não levo mais!
I was very sad with their work, I took my schnauzer for a bath and grooming and surprisingly caught my dog with a general grooming... no explanation... I was shocked!! I don't take it anymore!
