Precisava de ajuda com minhas angústias e travas, sentia uma ansiedade profunda e muita cobrança em relação aos meus resultados, tanto no trabalho como na família. Fiz três sessões com Anne. A primeira fiquei bastante incucada, me questionando, fiquei até um pouco irritada com o que havia percebido sobre mim. Na segunda foi muito incrível e por uma semana não dormi bem, com sonhos, acredito que ainda tentando assimilar a hipnose. Depois de 2 semanas percebi diferença, um peso enorme saiu das costas. Não sei explicar, mas funcionou! Recomendo, é um investimento muito bem aplicado!
Initially I was a little doubtful if it really works. I needed help with my anxieties and difficulties, I felt a deep anxiety and a lot of demand in relation to my results, both at work and in the family. I had three sessions with Anne. The first one I was quite inscrutable, questioning myself, I was even a little irritated with what I had noticed about me. The second was really amazing and for a week I didn't sleep well, with dreams, I believe I was still trying to assimilate hypnosis. After 2 weeks I noticed a difference, a huge weight came off my back. I can't explain it, but it worked! I recommend it, it's a very well-invested investment!
