Detalhe: eles tinham meu número de telefone e poderiam ter me avisado com antecedência. Imprevistos acontecem, mas comunicação com o cliente é básico.
Zero professionalism. I had a treatment scheduled for 4 days and, when I arrived on time, I received the news that the professional would not attend and there was no one else to do the treatment. Detail: they had my phone number and could have let me know in advance. Unforeseen events happen, but communication with the customer is basic.
