No meu caso demorei uns 20 dias para marcar a consulta, depois mais uns 20 dias para a consulta e no dia tão esperado da consulta deixa vc plantado por mais de hora. Interessante que ligam horas antes para confirmar o horário mas não estão nem aí com vc mofando esperando a consulta, não dão uma satisfação se quer. Única coisa que foram rápidos e eficientes foi na hora de cancelar a consulta.
Message for future patients with health insurance. As I understand it, the agenda opens only once a month. In my case it took me about 20 days to make an appointment, then another 20 days for the appointment and on the long-awaited day of the appointment it leaves you planted for over an hour. It's interesting that they call hours before to confirm the time but don't give a damn about you moping around waiting for the appointment, they don't give you a satisfaction if you want. The only thing they were quick and efficient was canceling the appointment.
