Vendedor disse não ter contato nenhum ,mais quis vender a peça ,até ai ,tudo bem .
Aí cheguei lá a peça tava errada ,muito mal educado ,disse só teria outra na loja do anel rodoviário ,me fez de palhaço e lá não atendia caminhão ,
Fiquei sem entender ,
O desespero de vender tudo bem ,
Agora a falta de educação ,falta de companheirismo e parceria com a empresa foi pior ,
Nota zero ,não recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível ? vc liga, atendem fala que vai transferir pro vendedor, ligação chama até cair. Depois vc liga de novo atendem e desligam, atendem e desligam, difícil viu. É melhor falar que atendem só na porta. Que aí ninguém nem vai lá mais e pronto. Porque eu não vou num lugar sem saber se vai ter o que eu preciso lá de jeito nenhum.
