Tenho uma retroescavadeira Caterpilla, CAT 416E ano 2014 e só comprava peças na DISPETRAL sem consultar outras revendas, agora, consulto e já encontrei diferenças de até 35% mais baratas.
A vantagem, é que lá sempre tem a peça que procuro, mas o preços é salgado.
Good service and large stock of tractor parts, but not good prices.
I have a Caterpilla backhoe loader, CAT 416E year 2014 and I only bought parts at DISPETRAL without consulting other dealers, now I consult and I have already found differences of up to 35% cheaper.
The advantage is that there is always the piece I'm looking for, but the prices are steep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência possível , chegamos na parte da manhã , fomos conseguir sair com o pedido no final da tarde, tantas horas de espera para expedir uma nota errada ,o funcionário não foi competente para resolver o problema. Por telefone disseram que teriam peças originais , porém pessoalmente a história foi diferente !

Eu precisava fazer um orçamento para minha empresa, estava até com o cartão corporativo para realizar o pagamento da mercadoria. Mais ele, de forma muito ríspida, me disse que estava muito ocupado e que não daria para me atender naquele momento, como se tivesse fazendo um favor. Não entendi nada.
