★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acomodação péssima quarto ruim não tem nada !!! Não vale a pena sem contar q quando cheguei havia outra pessoa já hospedada e tive um baita transtorno !!!!! Não recomendo !! Corram disso pois no próprio condomínio fui informado q tem apartamentos melhores de proprietários corretos e honestos !!!
 Bad accommodation bad room has nothing !!! It's not worth it not to mention that when I arrived there was someone else already staying and I had a huge inconvenience !!!!! I do not recommend !! Run from it because in the condominium itself I was informed that there are better apartments from correct and honest owners!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz minha reserva pelo site da Booking em Fevereiro e no dia 19 do mesmo mês o proprietário fez a cobrança, até ai tudo certo. Tinhamos reservado uma diária do dia 23 a 24 de Abril e enviei uma mensagem no dia 20 de abril para confirmar nossa chegada e só foi respondida 3 dias depois, com o proprietário informando que não estava mais disponível. Ou seja, mesmo pagando ele já tinha hospedado outras pessoas e simplesmente não atendia o telefone, nem respondia as mensagens e muito menos fez o reembolso. Ficamos na rua praticamente! Foram horas tentando contato e nada de resposta, precisamos que a Booking intervisse para o estorno fosse feito e pudéssemos procurar outro lugar para ficar, correndo risco de não encontrar pois foi em um feriado. FUJAM DISSO! Os próprios funcionários do local disserem que sempre acontece isso e que nunca viram o proprietário por lá. VEJAM AS AVALIAÇÕES NO SITE DA BOOKING ANTES DE ALUGAR, NÃO CAIAM NESSA!
I made my reservation through the Booking website in February and on the 19th of the same month the owner charged me, so far so good. We had booked a night from the 23rd to the 24th of April and I sent a message on the 20th of April to confirm our arrival and it was only answered 3 days later, with the owner informing him that he was no longer available. That is, even paying, he had already hosted other people and simply didn't answer the phone, didn't answer messages, let alone make the refund. We were practically on the street! There were hours trying to contact and no response, we need Booking to intervene for the chargeback to be made and we could look for another place to stay, at the risk of not finding it because it was on a holiday. RUN AWAY FROM IT! The local employees themselves say that this always happens and that they never saw the owner there. SEE THE REVIEWS ON THE BOOKING WEBSITE BEFORE RENTING, DON'T FALL FOR IT!
