★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O apart está localizado bem próximo a praia de Ponta Negra, além de ter ótimas opções de bares e restaurantes nas proximidades. Na própria rua do hotel você encontra ótimas opções, isso é um grande diferencial. Quanto aos quartos, eles estão muito compatíveis com o preço. Todos bem limpos, cozinha equipada, lençóis e toalhas inclusos. Estou bastante satisfeito com o serviço.
The apart is located very close to Ponta Negra beach, as well as having great options of bars and restaurants nearby. In the hotel's own street you find great options, this is a great differential. As for the rooms, they are very compatible with the price. All well cleaned, fitted kitchen, sheets and towels included. I am quite satisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O apartamento é simples mas bem arrumadinho e limpo, tem alguns utencilhos domésticos, para quem não quer gastar muito na praia comprando comida é ótimo, dá para você fazer sua própria comida. Bem próximo da Praia de Ponta negra, restaurantes e mercado. Eu recomendo.
