★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar tranquilo para se morar, próximo da praia, restaurantes e comércio de modo geral. Prédio bem administrado pelo Sr. Sérgio e quanto ao convívio com os demais moradores todos tem um bom nível cultural.
Quiet place to live, close to the beach, restaurants and commerce in general. Building well managed by Mr. Sérgio and in terms of socializing with the other residents, everyone has a good cultural level.
