Building very well decorated, super clean. Concierge staff very helpful, polite and kind. Great pool area. Strategic location between beach and nightlife. Safe and very quiet.

It lacks a children's playground and better waste management (the resident needs to take it to the garage). It has a 24-hour doorman and is very good for seasons through AirBnb.
