Apartment near the beach of Punta Negra. Very clean, spacious and very safe. Familiar and new place. Swimming pool on terrace very well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good price. I recommend it.

Localizado a 1 quadra da praia de Ponta Negra, a 3km do morro do careca. Flat bem localizado. Não fornece café da manhã, mas possui uma mini cozinha dentro dos quartos.
Todo o pessoal que trabalha no Flat são super atenciosos e prestativos.
The flat is good but deserves better maintenance.
Located 1 block from the beach of Ponta Negra, 3km from the hill of the bald. Flat well located. It does not provide breakfast, but has a mini kitchen inside the rooms.
All the staff working on the Flat are super attentive and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma região humilde, cheia de animais abandonados, principalmente gatos. Fui deixar um pouco de ração para uma gata prenha na calçada e fui abordada provavelmente pelo dono do local que ficou irritado com a minha ação. A rede hoteleira da região deve se preocupar com a castração dos animais que ficam nas ruas ao invés de achar ruim os turistas que alimentam os animais ficam com fome na rua! É um absurdo não ajudarem em nada os animais abandonados em frente aos hotéis.
A humble region, full of abandoned animals, mainly cats. I went to leave some food for a pregnant cat on the sidewalk and was probably approached by the owner of the place who was angry with my action. The hotel chain in the region should be concerned with the castration of animals that are on the streets instead of finding it bad that tourists who feed the animals get hungry on the street! It is absurd not to help the abandoned animals in front of the hotels.
