★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para quem, como eu, prefere uma experiência mais de casa do que hotel. Apartamento bom, com cozinha e varanda. Só atravessar a rua e está na melhor praia de João Pessoa. Piscina e vista incrível da orla que é bem movimentada e tem bons restaurantes. Você encontra tudo por perto.
 Excellent place for anyone who, like me, prefers a more home-like experience than hotel. Nice apartment with kitchen and balcony. Just cross the street and it is on the best beach in Joao Pessoa. Pool and incredible view of the waterfront which is very busy and has good restaurants. You find everything close by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A localização é boa, porém a vista para o mar só existe no solário da piscina. Não tem filtro de água e nenhum tipo de serviço de limpeza ou troca de lençóis e toalhas de banho, coisas que só se conseguem ao secontratar faxina e pagar pir elas. Nao fornece tambem papel higienico. Bom ter maquina de lavar louça, microondas, cafeteira e fogão
The location is good, however the view of the ocean only exists in the pool solarium. There is no water filter and no cleaning service or change of sheets and bath towels, things that can only be obtained by cleaning up and paying for them. It also does not provide toilet paper. Good to have dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and stove
