★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Business hotel but with the difference you can cook your dinner.
You have cutlery, dishes, pans and saucer.
Room is ok, with comfortable bed.
One thing to be improved is shampoo and soap in the bathroom, bad and few.
Breakfast is ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice but rooms are quite small. Also there's only one washing machine and iron so you need to be lucky to find a moment nobody uses it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms nice and clean, just a little bit small, equipped kitchen. Very good location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay for extended visits. I spent two weeks there for business. The breakfast is simple but good. Live music during the week adds the ambiance. Wish they had more wash machines, only one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is very good and has a nice mall and a grocery store next to it. Also, it's close to downtown and the inter cities bus terminal. The bedroom has a good size and it has a small stove, sink, microwave and hair dryer on the bathroom, also they offer pans, forks, knifes, glasses in case you need. There is a small gym and a laundry room with a iron and iron board for everyone's use. Overall my experience was good comparing with the other hotels that the city offers, although I wish the bathroom was cleaner. I don't know if it's because Covid, but the bedroom and bathroom were not being cleaned very good.
For the price and location, overall it was worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disapointing. In times of covid and new variants, my room was not cleaned nor higienized. on three days of stay. When I complained to front desk, they said I signed a from agreeing on that. Ok I signed it thinking on normal and expected things like use of safe and so on... But it is completely dishonest because when reservation site of Accor or Travel Agency site would not mention this lack of service. I could go to other hotel with normal expected services. Imagine a towel wet for three days! A towel that is not yours. Used by other people everyday! This is disrespectful. Using tricks and excuses making you feel like a stupid in not reading minor letters. Everything is made by electronic media, but the only answer to me was: You signed! You should read what you signed. Ok... never mind... Never more Accor. and yes. I placed my history on trip advisor too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK, the breakfast area was small and crowded. Only 3 elevators working out of 6 making access to rooms sometimes to take long. no easy access to stairs. Reception waiting time was high. People working was very kind and gentle.
