 Bad hotel service, we don't even mention the takings of the hotel, otherwise I don't recommend it to anyone, the photos have nothing to do with the location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, eu me senti o Jean Reno naquele filme "O Atirador", pois o quarto 01 era um muquifo podre, tinha um armario atigo com um par de combertores com um odor horrendo. Havia uma cadeira estofada para fazer "guarita" pela janela. brincadeiras a parte o quarto era péssimo tudo deixava a desejar no quarto. Os funcionarios são educados e decentes!
Terrible, I felt like Jean Reno in that movie "The Shooter", because room 01 was a rotten mess, it had an old closet with a couple of combertores with a horrible odor. There was an upholstered chair to make a "shack" by the window. jokes aside the room was terrible everything left something to be desired in the room. Staff are polite and decent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, uma péssima experiência. Se eu tivesse visto as avaliações por aqui antes, não teria feito a reserva. Hotel em condições totalmente diferentes das fotos do site, entrei e saí imediatamente. Impossível alguém conseguir se hospedar em um local tão sujo e em péssimas condições. Não recomendo a ninguém!
Unfortunately, a bad experience. If I had seen the reviews around here before, I wouldn't have booked. Hotel in totally different conditions from the photos on the website, I went in and out immediately. Impossible for someone to be able to stay in such a dirty place and in terrible conditions. I don't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi ótimo porque devido a hora não tivemos que dormir no carro mas pagamos justo porem privada entupida pouca água mau podíamos tomar banho sem sabonete o lençol manchado de outro hóspede sem TV. Fora do ar devido a estrada o cansaço deu para dormir sem café da manhã o que era do pacote de anúncio mas não teve deixamos o quarto limpo quando entramos .sem chave na porta o que foi um absurdo um trinco que dava pra empurrar e abrir estamos em crise mas nem tanto tem que melhorar a confiança do hóspede espero.
It was great because due to the hour we didn't have to sleep in the car but we paid fair but clogged toilet a little bad water we could shower without soap the stained sheet of another guest without TV. Out of the air due to the road tiredness gave me to sleep without breakfast what was in the advertisement package but we didn't leave the room clean when we entered .no key in the door which was absurd a latch that could push and open we are in crisis but not so much has to improve the guest's confidence I hope.

Logo que cheguei, fizeram questão do pagamento antecipado, fiz o pagamento por pix, quando entrei no quarto, o cheiro de cigarro e de mofo eram insuportáveis, lençol e fronha do travesseiro cheio de furos, por curiosidade tirei a fronha para olhar o travesseiro e pasmem, nunca vi algo parecido, todo manchado, com mofo , no mesmo instante chamei a moça para ver aquilo, ela me disse que só trabalha lá, e me pediu desculpas, fui falar com o dono, que não queria mais me hospedar, por conta do ocorrido, ele me ofereceu outro quarto, mas eu não quiz, sem condições nenhuma.
Pedi o dinheiro de volta , que foram 105,00 reais , ele me disse que só iria devolver 85,00 reais, por conta da taxa da transferência que era CNPJ, eu só queria ir embora, e não discuti, perdi 20,00 reais em menos de 20 min.
SE VC ESTA VENDO ESSA MENSAGEM, NÃO HOSPEDA NESSE LOCAL, RISCO DE SAÚDE.
ALGUÉM DA CIDADE TEM QUE DENUNCIAR PARA VIGILÂNCIA SANITÁRIA, URGENTE!
I travel throughout the state of São Paulo, I have NEVER seen a hotel filthier than this one.
As soon as I arrived, they insisted on prepayment, I paid by pix, when I entered the room, the smell of cigarettes and mold was unbearable, sheet and pillowcase full of holes, out of curiosity I took the pillowcase to look at the pillow and amazing, I've never seen anything like it, all stained, with mold, at the same moment I called the girl to see that, she told me that she only works there, and apologized, I went to talk to the owner, who didn't want to stay anymore, because account of what happened, he offered me another room, but I didn't want it, without any conditions.
