★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima não indico a ninguém, estou a 3 meses pra resolver uma colisão e a APVS sempre tem uma desculpa fala que a peça não chegou. Se foce seguradora já teria resolvido meu problema. Vontade um seguro e um pouco mais caro mas pelo menos não passo raiva. E outra a PVS não colocam peças originais ou coloca paralelas ou usadas. Vou ter acionar a justiça para que eles resolve o problema que já faz 3 semeses e não resolvem .
 Terrible I don't recommend it to anyone, I'm 3 months away from solving a collision and APVS always has an excuse that the part didn't arrive. If foce insurance company would have solved my problem by now. I want insurance and a little more expensive but at least I don't get angry. And another PVS do not put original parts or put parallel or used. I'm going to have to file a lawsuit so that they solve the problem that has been going on for 3 months and they don't solve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, não indico para ninguem esse seguro, pois nunca usamos o seguro, quando a gente precisou por conta de um acidente que tivemos, nosso carro está a 4 meses na oficina e entramos em contato direto com eles e com a oficina para saber como andava o carro, e toda hora inventavam uma mentira, após 3 meses com o carro na oficina de INDICAÇÃO deles mesmo, ligamos mais uma vez e nos informaram que tava tudo pronto com o carro, já tinha sido pintado e só faltava uma peça da parte do motor e na mesma semana o carro estaria pronto, passou 1 semana e nada do carro esta pronto, foi quando pedi uma foto do carro para a moça que trabalha na oficina e a mesma me mandou informando que nada tinha sido mexido ainda, nem a pintura nem NADA, e isso já tinha se passado 3 meses, e toda vez que a gente ligava informavam que faltava algo e que estava pra chegar, um absurdoo, pouco caso com a nossa cara, então não assinem com esse seguro, só procurarem no RECLAME AQUI sobre eles, vocês vão ver reclamações todos os dias do mesmo, uma porcariaaaaaa, alem de caro não presta, e é por informamos que o carro é para trabalho do meu esposo, meu esposo trabalha de uber com o mesmo e mesmo assim fizeram pouco caso... NÃO INDINCOO PARA MAIS NINGUEM
Terrible, I don't recommend this insurance to anyone, because we never use the insurance, when we needed it because of an accident we had, our car has been in the workshop for 4 months and we got in direct contact with them and the workshop to find out how it was going the car, and all the time they invented a lie, after 3 months with the car in their own INDICATION workshop, we called again and they informed us that everything was ready with the car, it had already been painted and only one piece was missing from the engine and in the same week the car would be ready, 1 week has passed and nothing of the car is ready, that's when I asked the girl who works in the workshop for a photo of the car and she sent me informing that nothing had been moved yet, not even the paint or ANYTHING, and it had already been 3 months, and every time we called they informed us that something was missing and that it was about to arrive, an absurdity, a disrespect to our face, so don't sign this insurance, just look for it in the RECLAME HERE about them, you will see complaints s every day of the same, a crap, besides being expensive, it's no good, and it's because we inform you that the car is for my husband's work, my husband works for uber with the same and even then they didn't care... NOBODY ELSE

Fiz seguro total incluindo terceiros e seguro da prancha reboque com a apvs, o carro se soltou da prancha e colidiu com terceiro e no boletim da polícia tem escrito de todo tamanho que foi acidente e o setor da apvs me mandou email dizendo que foi mal uso do equipamento e não quiseram pagar o conserto e nem o carro do terceiro. Então minha gente eu não recomendo, estou acionando meu advogado e tenho todas as provas.
eu mesmo vou pagar as vítimas o conserto porque elas não tem culpa da omissão da apvs brasil, quando vieram me oferecer o seguro gente eles fala que o seguro é o melhor do brasil mais na hora de indenizar não querem pagar! não recomendo gente, eles são desonestos com o segurado!!!!
do not insure with apvs! I took out full insurance including third parties and insurance for the tow board with avs, the car came off the board and collided with a third party and in the police report it has written of all sizes that it was an accident and the apvs sector sent me an email saying it was misused equipment and did not want to pay for the repair or the car of the third party. So my people, I don't recommend it, I'm calling my lawyer and I have all the evidence.
I myself will pay the victims for the repairs because they are not to blame for the omission of apvs brasil, when they came to offer me the insurance people they say that the insurance is the best in Brazil but when it comes time to indemnify they don't want to pay! I do not recommend people, they are dishonest with the insured!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência, fui sócio por um período , e quando solicitei o cancelamento no início do mês, fui obrigado a pagar o mês cheio, não é justo mais paguei , porém três meses depois chegou uma carta do Serasa informando que eu tinha débito com eles , entrei em contato com a mesma para solucionar esse problema , contudo o mesmo informou que eu teria que pagar pois o meu nome já estava no SPC, e fora o descaso dos atendente que demorava mais de 1hrs para responder cada mensagem.
Não indico paraa niguem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super recomendo, meu pai fez a proteção num Voyage, um dia sofreu um acidente, aonde um bêbado colidiu na parte da frente do veiculo, no mesmo dia ja foi feita a abertura de sinistro dois dias depois foi feita a vistoria no veiculo, (no qual o orçamento deu 13 mil reais) e em 15 dias o carro ká estava na oficina, como meu pai tinha o plano de 30 dias de carro reserva, no mesmo dia que o carro foi pra oficina ele já foi direcionado pela Própria APVS em uma locadora da Localiza pra alugar um carro. O veiculo do meu pai ficou em torno de 20 dias na Oficina, e logo ja estava disponível para retirar, o carro chegou a ficar pronto antes de vencer o contrato da Locadora, trabalho da oficina ficou impecável, nunca tinha visto uma oficina fazer o milagre que fizeram, APVS deu todo o suporte e em nenhum momento se sentimos desamparado. A Batida ficou 13 mil reais, mais 3 mil da Localiza totalizando o valor de 16 mil reais - e meu pai só precisou pagar a Franquia de 1.500 reais

My father's vehicle stayed at the Workshop for around 20 days, and soon it was available to pick up, the car was even ready before the Rental Company expired, the workshop work was impeccable, I had never seen a workshop perform a miracle What they did, APVS gave all the support and in no time did we feel helpless. Batida was 13 thousand reais, plus 3 thousand from Localiza, totaling 16 thousand reais - and my father only had to pay the 1,500 reais deductible
