★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Contratei a empresa, fiz a revisão e na mesma semana começaram a me cobrar coisas inexistentes. Na mesma semana pedi o cancelamento e um mês depois continuaram me cobrando. Entrei em contato com a atendente que conversei, e em todos os momentos ela tentou tirar o dela da reta falando que não seria com ela, sendo que em nenhum momento ela me falou q não seria do próprio setor. Mandei todos os prints p ela deixando claro que ela não me avisou, e agr diz está tentando resolver.
 Terrible attendance. I hired the company, did the review and in the same week started to charge me for nonexistent things. In the same week I asked for the cancellation and a month later they continued to charge me. I got in touch with the attendant that I talked to, and at all times she tried to get hers out of the line saying it wouldn't be with her, and at no time did she tell me that she wouldn't be from the sector itself. I sent all the prints to her, making it clear that she didn't warn me, and agr says she's trying to solve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento para que vc faça seu seguro com eles é ótimo porém quando vc precisa é pessimo dos péssimos sou associado apenas até o mês que vem irei com certeza tirar meu veículo de suas proteções e não recomendo pra ninguém, façam suas proteções em outra cooperativa ou seguradora essa ampla é horrível
Service for you to take out your insurance with them is great, but when you need it, it's terrible. this wide is horrible

Minha moto foi roubada e eles não passam nenhum posicionamento sobre o andamento do processo.
Bad company, don't protect your vehicle with them, it will be a waste of money the service is very bad.

Terrible. Second time I need insurance and I don't get help. I'm leaving the broad and I don't recommend anyone. Before taking out your insurance with them, take a look at the ratings and reviews on the internet. Lots of people complaining. Get out while there's still time.

Minha filha precisou de reboque, não atenderam, ela precisou acionar um particular, pediram relação de documentos para reembolsar o valor e até agora não devolveram. Pedem o prazo de 72 horas, acaba o prazo e pedem mais 72 horas. Mais as cobranças do boleto de março fazem todo dia.
Terrible. Do not do with this association. My daughter needed towing, they didn't answer, she needed to call a private person, they asked for a list of documents to refund the amount and so far they haven't returned it. They ask for a period of 72 hours, the period ends and they ask for another 72 hours. But the March boleto charges do every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Não enviaram a boleta pra pagar, o prazo venceu e a cobertura também. Antes de tudo liguei várias vezes pedindo segunda via e nenhuma atenção foi dada. Enviaram meu CPF ao SPC. Não dão devida atenção aos clientes. Ainda bem que não precisei acionar o serviço em nenhum momento porque tenho certeza de que iria ter problemas como outras pessoas já realataram.
Bad experience! They didn't send the bill to pay, the deadline expired and so did the coverage. First of all I called several times asking for a duplicate and no attention was given. They sent my CPF to the SPC. They don't pay proper attention to customers. Good thing I didn't need to activate the service at any time because I'm sure I would have problems as other people have reported.
