★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei ração prós meus pet ai e dona do estabelecimento sempre deu ossinho de brinde pra mim levar pro meus cachorros....a última vez que fui aí comprar a filha dela que me atendeu aí perguntei! ;vou ter brinde? sua mãe sempre me deu quando faço as compras aqui...ai ela falou pergunta pra minha mãe se vai liberar brinde pra vc...a mãe liberou aí peguei as rações os biscoitos e os ossos que tbm comprei e o brinde e sai, de rrepende a filha dela atravessa a rua correndo atrás de nós como se fossemos ladrões ou tivéssemos roubado alguma coisa, situação totalmente constrangedora. dizendo que não seria aquele aqueles ossinhos, que eu teria que trocar, com uma mal vontade de dar. Detalhe maior sempre que vou lá não gasto mesmo de $80.00 reais. Não foi profissional, perdeu o cliente, totalmente despreparada para lidar com situações de extremo cuidado com os clientes. A questão não é de ela dar ou não dar os brindes. E sim a forma que fomos tratados. Eu nunca mais piso aí nessa loja, e não recomendo. Tem que preparar o profissional para trabalhar com o público. Cuidar dos seus clientes, ou vc perde.
I always bought pet food for my pet there and the owner of the establishment always gave me a free bone to take to my dogs .... the last time I went there to buy her daughter who attended to me, I asked! will I have a toast? your mother always gave it to me when I do the shopping here ... then she said ask my mother if she is going to release a toast to you ... the mother released then I took the rations the cookies and the bones that I also bought and the toast and leave, her daughter suddenly crosses the street running after us as if we were thieves or if we had stolen something, a totally embarrassing situation. saying that it wouldn’t be those bones, that I would have to change, with a bad desire to give. Greater detail whenever I go there I don't even spend $ 80.00 reais. He was not professional, he lost the client, totally unprepared to deal with situations of extreme care for clients. The point is not whether or not to give the gifts. It was the way we were treated. I'll never walk in that store again, and I don't recommend it. You have to prepare the professional to work with the public. Take care of your customers, or you lose.
