It turns out that the neglect towards me is being inhuman.....after a long journey waiting to take all the doses of covid vaccine (4) taking these exams requested by Dr Danilelle Santiago Rolim, and having all the results, I was guided for the same to go to the Evangelical Hospital to file the request for authorization from amil, on 05/06/2022 to perform the surgeries, hiatus hernia, umbilical hernia, the attendant after checking all documentation and taking a photocopy, gave only a paper indicating that I had filed the request, that up to 21 days I would have the return, today 06/27/2022, I received a call from Dr Danielle's office, saying that I should attend on Monday, I decided to call the insurance company to see if there was any problem with the surgery request, then I learned that THERE IS NO REQUEST FOR SURGERY, I called the Evangelico hospital ombudsman for 2 times I talked to Ana and Rute, who were to clarify what happened, they left and did not no return, you guys don't realize that you deal with lives and people's psychologist, I demand an answer, from whoever it is, or I'll be another one to go get answers from the procon.

Below is the outburst of My Wife MARILZA DOMINGUES PONTES LAUREANO (retired nurse), who, despite being in the triage and later telling the "Dr" that she COULD NOT TAKE ANTIPSYCHOTICS, was medicated with HALDOL! The surgeon made it very clear IN WRITING that he was to CALL THE PSYCHIATRIST on duty BECAUSE THE OUTCOURSE didn't have a psychiatrist! THEY LIED to her and didn't call the same! NO COMMENTS !!! Too bad I have to give it a star! VENT On 11/17/2021 I underwent surgery at Hospital Evangélico Risotomy (facet denervation) in the cervical spine due to radiculopathy (herniated disc pain). The surgery went well but as the days went by I started to have severe emotional reactions. I had panic disorder and monster anxiety. I went to the surgeon who evaluated me and said that it was a side effect of high doses of corticosteroids used in surgery or the anesthetic. He was referred to the emergency room of the Evangelical Hospital with prescription of anxiolytics, antidepressants and evaluation by the psychiatrist. Arriving at the Hospital crying a lot but CONSCIOUS AND ORIENTED I was attended by a doctor on duty to whom I explained what was happening and said that I was very sick with a feeling of death. I also said that I wanted to sleep to improve that feeling and I could not take antipsychotics at all because I have a severe reaction to this medication, even because I didn't need to. "But the Dr" ordered HALDOL with Phenergan and guess what: I had a hell of an extrapyramidal syndrome (neurological reaction) and everything got complicated. (Throw gasoline on the fire). Then he wanted to transfer to Samaritan Hospital claiming there was no psychiatrist on site, which was not true. I asked the nurse to remove my venous access and I was discharged on request. At home I self-medicated and the next day I got an urgent appointment with my psychiatrist. She took care of me very well, made the prescription and reinforced that I had side effects from the surgery medications and could not have taken antipsychotics. I had to take a de-impregnation medication for a month because of Haldol. I was very sick and I'm slowly recovering until I get back to normal. All my doctors (rheumatologist, endocrinologist, psychiatrist, orthopedist and ophthalmologist were unanimous in saying that I did not have to take HALDOL and even more so after telling the doctor that I had a reaction. It is difficult to understand the attitude of such a doctor that I know very well your name but I don't want to say it, I should but I won't expose it. I hope he evaluates it better from now on so that other patients don't suffer like I do. I leave it to Divine justice.

TERRIBLE ADMINISTRATION! SELL CATS FOR HARE! I was hospitalized on 04/30 for a gynec videolaparoscopy. They put me in room 210 which was in terrible condition, by the way the whole second floor, a shame they still keep it working. No air conditioning, clogged toilet, ZERO security in the bathroom like grab bar in the toilet, water drainage and etc. The mattress was so old, it left my cox with injuries, as it ended up being practically in contact with the iron of the old bed (still cranked). I had my surgery, was discharged and on the same day I had complications and had to be hospitalized again. They put it on the same 210, until we complained and after many requests they put it on floor 3, which is not very different. Old bed, high and I was having trouble getting up, the only stairs I had was wobbly, curtains missing blinds, peeling walls, they took me a sheet to dry myself because I didn't have a towel anymore, as a hospital wants to be renowned offering this type of service? They are worrying so much about delivering a new and equipped fourth floor that they forget about the rest, leaving it in a precarious situation without the least repair. The only thing that saves is the nurses who were extremely attentive and careful, incredible medical staff. But NEVER imagine that the hospital is what they show in the photos. If they are to be hospitalized, let it be only on the fourth floor, which is renovated. Reception service super slow, a neglect!

Terrible hospital, terrible nurses, terrible doctors... it takes a long time, I arrived at 12:03 and only left here at 16:00, and there is no one here to be treated... they pierce you 5 times to take your blood and after one hour they say they didn't get the exam result. Ridiculous disregard for the patient.

Overall a good private hospital located in Sorocaba. As positive points, I highlight the cleanliness of the place and the friendliness and care of all the employees with whom we had contact, all very polite and helpful. But, some points need improvement: in the room, various support equipment needs to be changed or repaired - like the old 14' tube TV, which barely works. There is also a delay in responding to requests, from reception to administering medication and changing dressings - perhaps due to the excess of patients due to the number of employees. But anyway, we were well taken care of.
