Terrible attendance. They installed the wrong filter. It was dripping. They still wanted to charge me for the repair and blamed me for "taking" a long time to complain. Lousy product, lousy service. Don't buy!

Está claramente escrito na parede da loja que há um desconto de 35% na troca de um purificador antigo por um novo. Recebi cerca de 25% e perdi de ~ 60 reais. O pessoal estava apenas dizendo que o desconto é de até 35%, mas na parede diz claramente 35%, não até. Que vergonha. Cuidado com os pagamentos com esta empresa !! Nao vou voltar mais!
As a customer of this company for 10 years, today he was shocked by the dishonesty of the staff at this store.
