★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou aguardando ate hj o contato da ilustre proprietaria, para dar esclarecimentos de uma atitude grotesca que uma fisioterapeuta fez acabando deslocar a protese onde nao era o membro que foi pedido para fazer fisioterapia e colocando em risco a vida de uma paciente levando a cirurgia que no momento nao era necessaria devido a mesma esta recuperando de um trauma do outro membro.
I am waiting until the contact of the illustrious proprietor to give clarification of a grotesque attitude that a physiotherapist did in order to displace the prothesis where it was not the member that was asked to do physiotherapy and putting at risk the life of a patient leading the surgery that in the moment was not necessary because it is recovering from a trauma of the other member.

Excellent professionals, but the management is terrible, terrible, terrible!!! An ill will that I have never seen in the life of the reception and the owner! Total neglect... I was treated with a lot of neglect... Terrible experience!

I have no words to express the gratitude I have for everyone, the reception, the cleaning girls, the therapists and the clinic owner and her daughter. In the most difficult moment that my daughter faced, they gave her the greatest support, overcoming it in the best possible way.
