★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui visitar a academia com minha filha e sobrinha, no dia 20/11/2021. Aguardando a recepcionista me passar os valores e principalmente os horários como foi prometido e não cumprido. Ja começaram errado.
 I went to visit the gym with my daughter and niece on 11/20/2021. Waiting for the receptionist to give me the values and especially the times as promised and not fulfilled. They started wrong.

Primeiro pq fui cliente por 5 anos, renovando contrato, e fechando os olhos para várias coisinhas q não são aceitáveis numa academia. Mas devido as amizades q fizemos e carinho por alguns professores, relevei. O plano da minha filha( kids, dava direito a natação, ballet, Morganti) ela frequentava mais as aulas de ballet e Morganti do q natação, inclusive foi por causa dessas modalidades q renovamos ano após ano.
Na pandemia o plano foi pausado por alguns meses, eles retornaram as atividades, e não respeitaram o momento de cada aluno para o retorno. Sendo assim não ofereciam as modalidades contratadas e não congelaram o plano. Paguei algo q não consumi e não houve acordo. E não consumi pq simplesmente eles não tinham a oferecer. Não é reclamação exclusivamente minha, e sim de todos q passaram por isso no período. Não respeitam os clientes. Além de tudo isso. Academia com estrutura velha, aparelhos antigos, e o pior, valor alto. Procurem outras opções na região, vcs encontram preço e qualidade.
A maior qualidade de um prestador é o respeito pelo cliente, definitivamente não encontrarão aqui.
Se há algo bom a dizer é q os professores (a maioria deles )são ótimos...
Currently my rating would be minus zero.
First, because I was a client for 5 years, renewing the contract, and closing my eyes to several things that are not acceptable in a gym. But due to the friendships we made and affection for some teachers, I let it go. My daughter's plan (kids, I was able to swim, ballet, Morganti) she attended more ballet and Morganti classes than swimming, it was even because of these modalities that we renew year after year.
In the pandemic, the plan was paused for a few months, they returned to activities, and did not respect the time for each student to return. Therefore, they did not offer the contracted modalities and did not freeze the plan. I paid for something I didn't consume and there was no agreement. And I didn't consume it because they simply didn't have anything to offer. It is not exclusively my complaint, but that of everyone who went through it in the period. Do not respect customers. On top of all that. Gym with old structure, old appliances, and the worst, high value. Look for other options in the region, you guys find price and quality.
The greatest quality of a provider is respect for the customer, you will definitely not find it here.
If there's anything good to say it's that the teachers (most of them) are great...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A multa de cancelamento é ridícula e só fui informado porque perguntei sobre, você paga R$ 150,00 reais de multa por cada mês que frequentou a academia, ou seja, se frequentou 2 meses e precisou cancelar são R$ 300,00 reais de multa, se frequentou 8 meses então estamos falando de R$ 1200,00 reais de multa.
Conversando com um amigo advogado ele comentou que existe o DECRETO Nº 22.626, DE 7 DE ABRIL DE 1933. onde diz que a empresa só pode cobrar até 10% do valor da multa, passando disso é abusiva.
Enfim a academia parece boa, mas com essa multa sem condições.
