Mentem conforme a profissão das pessoas e colocam qualquer um no seu imóvel se passando por bonzinhos, depois quando você recorre a eles, já conseguiram seus 10% e te ignoram e bloqueiam. Você ficam com o prejuízo e os problemas causados sem respaldo algum!
The worst company in the rental market. Lie according to people's profession and put anyone in your property posing as good guys, then when you turn to them, they've already got your 10% and ignore and block you. You are left with the damage and problems caused without any support!

Vim de Recife morar em SP e a corretora Geisiany me atendeu desde o início, me mostrou alguns flats disponíveis e achou um que se encaixou perfeitamente no perfil que eu buscava por preço bastante justo. Além disso, é super solícita e profissional para atender as demandas que surgem durante o contrato de aluguel. Recomendo a Aquino Flats demais.
My experience with Aquino Flats is the best possible! I came from Recife to live in SP and the broker Geisiany served me from the beginning, showed me some flats available and found one that fit perfectly in the profile I was looking for at a fair price. In addition, it is super helpful and professional to meet the demands that arise during the rental contract. I recommend Aquino Flats too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa. Para me alugar o flat falaram comigo 24hrs, e disseram que era incluso TV, internet, cozinha com utensílios e vaga na garagem. Assinei o contrato a distância pois não sou da cidade. Quando cheguei o flat estava podre de sujo, não havia cabos de TV, nem internet e muito menos um copo para tomar o meu remédio. Depois disso tentei entrar em contato e ninguém me respondeu mais, foi preciso eu ir na agência com advogado para resolver a situação. Agora que não estou mais no apartamento me enviaram um valor inferior ao do calção que eu dei sem nenhuma justificativa, ninguém atende ou responde o Whatsapp. Essa empresa é um golpe, cuidado!
Bad company. To rent the flat, they spoke to me 24hrs, and said that it included TV, internet, kitchen with utensils and parking space. I signed the contract remotely as I'm not from the city. When I arrived the flat was rotten with dirt, there were no TV cables, no internet, much less a glass to take my medicine. After that I tried to get in touch and no one answered me anymore, I had to go to the agency with a lawyer to resolve the situation. Now that I'm no longer in the apartment, they sent me a lower value than the shorts I gave without any justification, no one answers or answers Whatsapp. This company is a scam, beware!

Era pra eu ter saído na sexta, eu sai no sábado as 13h (cobraram mais uma diária de 250$, ok), levei a chave da porta comigo por engano, porém a faxineira tem todas as chaves dos aptos, no domingo as 07h da manhã deixei a chave com o porteiro, e me cobraram mais uma diária, nem no prédio eu entrei, e no sábado na minha saída eu já havia assinado um termo de saída direto na portaria. Absurdo.
Outra coisa, a corretora Taina, disse q o dono da imobiliária havia pedido para deixar a minha geladeira lá (eu estava vendendo por 180$), ok, hoje faz 20 dias q não vejo a cor desse dinheiro, ela me disse para ir buscar a geladeira, impossível, pois o carreto q utilizei para pegar a minha cama, iria pegar a geladeira, mas ela me garantiu q o dono da imobiliária iria ficar com a geladeira. Enfim o prejuízo, pois um carreto de lá pra cá, gastaria uns 250$.
Assim q ela me bloqueou, eu liguei direto na imobiliária, ela atendeu e assim q escutou minha voz, desligou na minha cara. Tenho todas as conversas no WhatsApp.
Imobiliária faz os clientes de palhaços no final.
Obs: loquei um apto no mesmo bairro da imobiliária, JARDIN PAULISTA

I was supposed to leave on Friday, I left on Saturday at 1 pm (they charged another 250$ daily, ok), I took the key to the door with me by mistake, but the cleaning lady has all the keys to the rooms, on Sunday at 7 am In the morning I left the key with the doorman, and they charged me one more day, I didn't even enter the building, and on Saturday when I left, I had already signed an exit term directly at the concierge. Absurd.
Another thing, the broker Taina, said the real estate owner had asked me to leave my fridge there (I was selling it for $180), ok, it's been 20 days now that I haven't seen the color of this money, she told me to get the refrigerator, impossible, because the cart I used to get my bed would get the fridge, but she assured me that the real estate owner would keep the fridge. Finally, the loss, because a reel from then on would cost about 250$.
As soon as she blocked me, I called the real estate agency directly, she answered and as soon as she heard my voice, she hung up on me. I have all the conversations on WhatsApp.
Imobiliária turns customers into clowns at the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o dia 17/02/22 estou tentando obter a devolução do aluguel de um flat. Houve desistência deste imóvel, visto que, no momento de fechar o negócio, não foi mencionada a inexistência de um box, tendo somente uma banheira, o que seria inviável para o casal de idosos (82 e 75 anos) que iriam ocupar o imóvel.
Since 02/17/22 I have been trying to get a refund on the rent of a flat. This property was withdrawn, since, at the time of closing the deal, the lack of a shower stall was not mentioned, having only a bathtub, which would be unfeasible for the elderly couple (82 and 75 years old) who would occupy the property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alerto a qualquer pessoa idônea q não feche negócio com essa “empresa”! Depois q pegam seu dinheiro, esquece! Me pediram o apto bem antes do término e fiz questão de entregar. Na hora de devolverem meu dinheiro, só áudios com histórias de gente passando mal q consegue pegar celular pra contar história mas não pra fazer um pix, q o Itaú tá sem sistema, só histórias por dias. Enfim, no momento de me ressarcirem, inventam de descontar 300 reais de limpeza do apto sendo q ele foi entregue limpo e arrumação é por conta do flat
Além de 371 reais de taxa de lavanderia!!!
Senti pena deles!!! Faço questão q eles fiquem com esse dinheiro roubado pois precisam! Mas caso vc não queira ser roubado tb, passe longe desse muquifo!
