★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência foi ruim. Vejo que os comentários positivos aqui são de 2 ou 3 anos atrás. Interessante! A Brasil Flats pode ser ok para o locatário - simpáticos, com sorriso no rosto. Meu imóvel foi alugado por eles, que se eximiram das responsabilidades acertadas em contrato e deram à inquilina todas as facilidades para escapar das regras do contrato sem nenhum ônis. Me deixou um grande prejuízo. Não recomendo!
My experience was bad. I see the positive comments here are from 2 or 3 years ago. Interesting! Brasil Flats can be ok for the renter - friendly, with a smile on their face. My property was rented by them, who exempted themselves from the responsibilities agreed in the contract and gave the tenant all the facilities to escape the rules of the contract without any onus. It left me a big loss. I do not recommend!
