★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência é muito boa nesse consultório. Só precisa ajustar realmente a questão com o GPS. Realmente o GPS leva pra um lugar próximo e como é uma sala num prédio, aí fica um pouco difícil de encontrar. Mas o atendimento é muito bom. O espaço poderia melhorar um pouco.
Os médicos são ótimos. Clínica boa, são só ajustes que precisa.
 My experience is very good in that office. You just need to really adjust the issue with the GPS. Really the GPS takes you to a nearby place and as it is a room in a building, it is a little difficult to find. But the service is very good. The space could improve a little.
The doctors are great. Good clinic, just adjustments you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após atendimentos terríveis e traumáticos em outras clínicas odontológicas, por meio da excelente e humana equipe médica foi possível dar encaminhamento ao tratamento sem medos e com qualidade. Vale salientar o atendimento cuidadoso da secretária/recepcionista. Para alcançar os 100% há alguns aspectos que precisam ser melhorados, como o cumprimento dos horários marcados e a ausência de estacionamento.
After terrible and traumatic appointments at other dental clinics, through the excellent and humane medical team, it was possible to provide treatment without fear and with quality. It is worth mentioning the careful attendance of the secretary / receptionist. In order to reach 100%, there are some aspects that need to be improved, such as compliance with scheduled times and the absence of parking.

Pontos negativos: MUITO APERTADO,TELEVISÃO COM ALTURAMUITO BAIXA(ESBARREI A MINHA CABEÇA NA TV) e demora no atendimento
Fora isso,gostei da LARISSA OLIVEIRA QUE ME ATENDEU ELA É SIMPATICA E MUITO COMPETENTE COM A LIMPEZA DOS DENTES,RUIM FOI SÓ A DEMORA 2 HORAS PARA SER ATENDIDO
Good points; receptionist and dentists are very professional.
Negative points: TOO TIGHT, VERY LOW HEIGHT TELEVISION (I HIT MY HEAD ON THE TV) and delay in service
Other than that, I liked LARISSA OLIVEIRA WHO SERVED ME SHE IS sympathetic and very competent with cleaning her teeth

Cheguei lá....a clínica encontrava-se fechada por conta da véspera de feriado....pelo amor de Deus,mais atenção né????
Está deixando a desejar E eu sempre indico essa clínica.
Já os outros profissionais.....estão de parabéns...continuam atenciosos,e fazendo serviços excele

Tenho medo de dentista, passei por várias situações complicadas com outros profissionais, mas nesse lugar não tenho reclamações. Dra Marina, conseguiu salvar um dente meu o qual eu achei que teria que fazer canal, graças a Deus e a ela deu tudo certo. Ela é competente, educada e escuta os pacientes. Adorei! Voltarei mais vezes!
The clinic is great and has highly educated and prepared professionals. I'm afraid of the dentist, I went through several complicated situations with other professionals, but in this place I have no complaints. Dr Marina, managed to save a tooth of mine which I thought I would have to do a root canal, thank God and she worked out all right. She is competent, polite and listens to patients. I loved it! I will come back more often!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima preocupação com atendimento ao paciente. Foi agendada uma consulta para minha mãe às 13:40 de hoje e não havia ninguém. A portaria do empresarial informou que havia sido dito na sexta passada que não iriam atender. Mas essa informação em nenhum momento me foi passada (mensagem, WhatsApp, email). Gastei meu tempo e dinheiro para transporte em vão. Recomendo a clínica que revisem isso, pois atitudes como essa fazem perder interesse em querer ser paciente de vocês.
Terrible concern with patient care. An appointment was scheduled for my mother at 1:40 pm today and there was no one. The business manager's concierge informed that he had been told last Friday that they would not answer. But this information was never given to me (message, WhatsApp, email). I spent my time and money for transportation in vain. I recommend the clinic to review this, because attitudes like this make them lose interest in wanting to be your patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha só, não quero aqui questionar a capacidade dos profissionais de odontologia desse local, até porque eu não cheguei a fazer um procedimento de fato com eles, e é aí que está o problema: o motivo pelo qual não realizei um procedimento, que foi a grande incapacidade administrativa do local.
Primeiro que, na minha segunda ida, tive que esperar do lado de fora do prédio, em pé, por uma hora, pois o local estava cheio (eles dizem que fizeram uma reforma para melhor atender, e aí, não sei se foi feita pois não retornei mais lá); segundo, fui atendido por um profissional em duas consultas a respeito de extração de raízes (exo-raiz), que me passou exames, analisou meu caso, tomou as devidas conclusões e me encaminhou para outra profissional, pois ele não é especialista no procedimento, e sim em reabilitação (implantes, próteses, etc); mesmo assim, fez avaliação; até aí, não vi problema, pois um profissional pode avaliar e outro executar, correto? ERRADO! E já já digo porque.
Terceiro, porque estava com o procedimento marcado com a outra profissional, e no meio do caminho, avisei que estava indo e recebi mensagem de que o local estava fechado pra reforma! Puxa vida, custava nada avisar aos clientes sobre isso?
Enfim, e quarto, o motivo de eu cancelar com essa clínica: quando finalmente remarquei o procedimento, fui informado pelo recepcionista que a profissional iria avaliar meu caso em uma consulta, para decidir se faria ou não o procedimento nesta oportunidade, que poderia ser feito ou não! Aí eu pergunto: de que adiantou a avaliação do primeiro profissional? Por que ele então, vendo o tipo de caso que era cirurgia odontológica, não me encaminhou logo no início para a profissional especialista?
Cancelei meu atendimento e desisti de ser atendido por essa clínica, que repito: pode ater ter profissionais qualificados , mas o problema é a administração.
Look, I don't want to question the capacity of dentistry professionals here, because I didn't actually do a procedure with them, and that's where the problem lies: the reason I didn't perform a procedure, which was the great administrative incapacity of the place.
First, on my second trip, I had to wait outside the building, standing, for an hour, because the place was full (they say they did a renovation to better serve, and then, I don't know if it was done because I didn't return there); second, I was seen by a professional in two consultations regarding root extraction (ex-root), who gave me exams, analyzed my case, took the necessary conclusions and referred me to another professional, as he is not a specialist in the procedure, and yes in rehabilitation (implants, prostheses, etc.); even so, he made an assessment; so far, I didn't see a problem, because one professional can evaluate and another can perform it, correct? WRONG! And I already say why.
Third, because I had the procedure scheduled with the other professional, and on the way, I told them I was going and received a message that the place was closed for renovation! Jeez, did it cost anything to tell customers about it?
Finally, and fourth, the reason I canceled with this clinic: when I finally rescheduled the procedure, I was informed by the receptionist that the professional would evaluate my case in an appointment, to decide whether or not to undergo the procedure at this time, which could be done or not! Then I ask: what good was the evaluation of the first professional? Why then, seeing the type of case that was dental surgery, didn't he immediately refer me to the specialist?
I canceled my appointment and gave up on being seen by this clinic, which I repeat: there may be qualified professionals, but the problem is the administration.
