★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoalmente você é bem atendido sim , mais pelo telefone MISERICÓRDIA desista que é melhor. Sem falar que demora muito para poder marcar a sua volta , eles sempre vão falar " espere depois do dia 20 para marcações e retorne a ligação " .
 Personally you are well attended yes, but by the phone MERCY, give up that is better. Not to mention that it takes a long time to be able to schedule your return, they will always say "wait after the 20th for appointments and return the call".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um absurdo a demora para nos atender na marcação por relefone. Estou desde as 8:30hs da manhã ligando já sao 9:45hs e ninguem atende. Só tem um telefone pra marcação. Estou querendo terminar logo meus procedimentos de canal para cancelar esse plano. Tenho ele desde 2015, só comecei a usar ele em 2018 e estou tendo muito constrangimento.
It was absurd the delay in answering us by calling by phone. I'm from 8:30 am calling already 9:45 am and no one answers. There is only one phone to book. I am looking to finish my channel procedures soon to cancel this plan. I have it since 2015, I only started using it in 2018 and I am having a lot of embarrassment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais são excelentes. Porém o call center tem que melhorar e muito. Pois é uma falta de respeito. A central atende e o paciente fica gastando com a ligação enquanto espera até desistir. E pior que as vezes alguém te atende e o telefone fica mudo. E quando você consegue falar com alguém e pergunta se a Central está com algum problema, falam que não.
The professionals are excellent. But the call center has to improve a lot. For it is a lack of respect. The center answers and the patient is spending the call while waiting until give up. And worse than sometimes someone answers you and the phone goes dead. And when you can talk to someone and ask if Central has a problem, they say no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATENDIMENTO PÉSSIMO!!!!, um absurdo o que fizeram comigo! marquei para a Dentista e a recepcionista me informou que estava agendado no horário às 9:40. No dia agendado cheguei na unidade e a recepcionista disse que eu tinha marcado às 9:30, mais como assim! no meu papel tinha 9:40 porém no sistema estava outro horário. A recepcionista informou que se chegar 1 min atrasado a dentista não atende, agora se ele atrasar somos obrigada a esperar pq estamos precisando. Em seguida a recepcionista pediu para eu aguardar e se o próximo paciente não chegasse iria ver se a dentista poderia me atender, aguardei até 10:00. Após isso a recepcionista simplesmente disse que a dentista não podia me anteder, e eu como assim? por qual motivo se o outro paciente nem veio ?, isso é um ABSURDO!!! , DESRESPEITO!!! pois a pessoa saiu de casa, gastou combustível, se organizou, para a dentista dizer que não ia me atender e ainda mais sem motivos, pedir para falar com a mesma mais a recepcionista disse que eu não podia e pronto. No final de tudo não fui atendida!! Aqui mostra minha insatisfação por esse atendimento péssimo.
FOOD ATTENTION !!!!, what an absurd they have done to me! I dialed the dentist and the receptionist informed me that it was scheduled on time at 9:40. On the scheduled day I arrived in the unit and the receptionist said that I had dialed at 9:30, more like that! in my role was 9:40 but in the system was another time. The receptionist reported that if you arrive 1 min late the dentist does not answer, now if he delay we are forced to wait because we are in need. Then the receptionist asked me to wait and if the next patient did not arrive I would see if the dentist could answer me, I waited until 10:00. After that the receptionist simply said that the dentist could not overdo me, and I eat like that? for what reason if the other patient did not even come?, this is ABSURD !!! , DISRESPECT !!! because the person left the house, spent fuel, if organized, for the dentist to say that he was not going to meet me and even more for no reason, ask to speak with the same more the receptionist said that I could not and pronto. At the end of everything I was not met !! Here shows my dissatisfaction with this poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que fui lá, fui bem atendida. As dentistas são bem experientes e muito gentis. Já levei meus filhos também e a dentista foi bem habilidosa. Recomendo sim.
Whenever I went there, I was treated well. The dentists are very experienced and very kind. I've taken my kids too and the dentist was very skilled. I recommend yes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre foi uma clínica de média para ruim, com recepção/sala de espera tudo junto, mal climatizado, cadeiras ruins, ambiente escuro e atendentes péssimas. Está em reforma, melhorou a climatização, está mais bonita e com cadeiras melhores. Mas as atendentes ainda deixam a desejar.
O estacionamento, que é no sol e num aperto danado, agora é pago, não tem vaga separada para prioritários.
As condições que os dentistas trabalham é bem no limite do privado para um serviço público. Serve para procedimentos simples dentários, mas para tratamentos mais sérios recomendo procurar profissionais com clínicas próprias.
It was always an average to bad clinic, with reception/waiting room all together, bad air conditioning, bad chairs, dark environment and terrible attendants. It's being renovated, the air conditioning has improved, it's prettier and with better chairs. But the attendants still leave something to be desired.
The parking, which is in the sun and in a hell of a squeeze, is now paid, there is no separate space for priority.
The conditions in which dentists work are right on the edge of private for a public service. It works for simple dental procedures, but for more serious treatments I recommend looking for professionals with their own clinics.
