O pessoal da Ar-Contec foi muito gentil, me explicou quais eram os possíveis problemas, marcamos um horário/dia para o técnico fazer uma visita e, apesar de terem acontecido alguns imprevistos em relação ao horário, me avisaram sobre o que estava acontecendo a todo momento. O serviço em si foi muito profissional e o ar-condicionado está funcionando perfeitamente de novo.
I needed to do an assessment of the air conditioning that was leaking. The Ar-Contec staff was very kind, explained to me what the possible problems were, we set a time/day for the technician to visit and, although there were some unforeseen events in relation to the time, they warned me about what was happening everytime. The service itself was very professional and the air conditioning is working perfectly again.
