★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei, paguei pela internet dois meses antes de deixar meu carro,qdo voltei de viagem fui indagada sobre o pagamento, estranhei é um homem malcriado indagou cadê o pagamento? Eu disse pagamos pelo site, ele respondeu não tenho controle disso. Não gostei....
 I didn't like it, I paid over the internet two months before leaving my car, when I came back from the trip I was asked about the payment, I was surprised it's a rude man asked where is the payment? I said we pay for the site, he replied I have no control over it. Did not like....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O site permite reservar para entrada as 06:00, porém o estacionamento só abre as 07:00! Como já havia pago on-line, tive que aguardar e quase perdi o vôo.
The site allows you to book for entry at 6am, but parking only opens at 7am! As I had already paid online, I had to wait and almost missed the flight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixamos o carro numa segunda feira para pegar na sexta. Ao deixarmos estava tudo tranquilo, porém, quando buscamos o carro, estava riscado (propositalmente) nas portas do motorista e passageiros. Os arranhões são grandes e densos. Não temos provas de que foram eles, mas ao deixarmos o carro lá, estava em perfeitas condições, e o único lugar em que o carro esteve durante a viagem foi o Arai Park. Não deixaremos mais.
We left the car on a Monday to pick up on Friday. When we left everything was quiet, however, when we looked for the car, it was scratched (on purpose) on the doors of the driver and passengers. The scratches are large and dense. We have no evidence that it was them, but when we left the car there, it was in perfect condition, and the only place the car was during the trip was Arai Park. We won't leave anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse visto os comentários sobre o estacionamento antes, teria me poupado do nervoso. Fiz a reserva pela internet para deixar o carro lá em uma sexta às 5:30 da manhã, quando cheguei lá o estacionamento estava fechado e não atendiam em nenhum telefone. Descobri depois que só abriram as 7hrs, sem maiores explicações já que no site diz que estaria aberto.
Tentei reaver meu dinheiro, já pago pela internet, mas sem chance de conseguir qualquer resposta por parte deles. Quando liguei, por três vezes, desligaram na minha cara. E-mail ou qualquer outra forma de contato: sem resposta também. Profissionalismo zero!!
Se puder evitar, evite.
If I'd seen the parking lot comments before, it would have spared me the nervousness. I booked over the internet to leave the car there on a Friday at 5:30 am, when I got there the parking lot was closed and they didn't answer any phones. I found out later that only opened the 7hrs, without further explanation as the site says it would be open.
I tried to recover my money already paid online, but no chance to get any response from them. When I called, three times, they hung up on me. Email or any other form of contact: no answer either. Zero professionalism !!
If you can avoid it, avoid it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, motorista Adriano Extremamente mal educado,tratou minha família como um lixo,quase capotou o carro embaixo do viaduto pois estava com pressa de ir embora.
Pedimos um carro grande pois estávamos em cinco adultos e uma criança e ele até nos buscou com veículo grande porém jogou as malas(isto mesmo) jogou as malas de qualquer jeito no porta malas o que nós impediu de usarmos o assento do porta malas, resultado fomos todos espremidos no banco traseiro.
O que mais me irrita é saber que os donos tem fama de serem grosseiros também.
Não utilizem este estacionamento pois o atendimento é péssimo.
Bad experience, driver Adriano Extremely rude, he treated my family like rubbish, almost overturned the car under the overpass because I was in a hurry to leave.
We asked for a big car because we were in five adults and a child and he even picked us up with a big vehicle but threw the bags (that's right) threw the bags anyway in the trunk which prevented us from using the trunk seat, as a result we were all squeezed into the back seat.
What irritates me most is knowing that the owners are reputed to be rude too.
Do not use this parking because the service is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Meu carro não tinha nenhum risco até eu estacionar lá. Quando peguei o carro tinham vários riscos superficiais (rasos) na porta esquerda traseira (que puderam ser retirados com polimento) e um risco profundo de 3 cm na porta dianteira esquerda. Quando passei o dedo no risco, a tinta na borda do risco se soltou. Evidente que o dano ocorreu lá. Quando reclamei, o atendente foi tão cara de pau que disse que aquilo deveria ter sido uma pedra lançada por outro carro quando eu estava dirigindo (como se uma pedra fizesse um risco profundo e contínuo de 3 cm). Lastimável! Seria mais honesto da parte deles se assumissem a falta de cuidado e ao menos pedissem desculpas.
Terrible experience! My car had no risk until I parked there. When I took the car there were several superficial (shallow) scratches on the left rear door (which could be removed by polishing) and a 3 cm deep scratch on the left front door. When I ran my finger over the line, the ink on the edge of the line came loose. Evidently the damage occurred there. When I complained, the attendant was so cocky that he said it must have been a rock thrown by another car when I was driving (as if a rock made a 3 cm deep, continuous scratch). Regrettable! It would be more honest of them to admit their carelessness and at least apologize.
