A pessoa não estava afim de atender mesmo eu disposto a comprar o produto! Estava com preguiça de pegar as roupas para eu provar e estava sendo bem arrogante!
Simplesmente não coloco o meu pé naquele lugar! Falta clara de treinamento da equipe! Equipe cansada, desmotivada!
Péssimo!
I had two totally opposite experiences at the same store in a given week. I went to buy a jacket and it was super well attended! When I went to pick up my jacket I had the worst customer experience of my life!
The person was not in the mood to answer even though I was willing to buy the product! I was too lazy to get the clothes for me to try on and I was being pretty arrogant!
I just don't put my foot in that place! Clear lack of team training! Tired, unmotivated team!
