The quality dropped a lot, 3 t-shirts shrank and took 45 days to give a return, when asking for the money back they refuse and want to force you to get another piece, hurting CDC art 18

O problema não foi solucionado, precisei pegar um terno emprestado com um amigo, e estou tentando realizar o cancelamento da compra e reembolso do valor. Escolhi a marca por ser referência nacional, mas pelo visto tiveram algumas mudanças! Não recomendo.
I made a purchase directly through the store, paying for express delivery, considering that there was a wedding scheduled, but to my surprise the suit did not arrive on the expected date. The problem was not solved, I had to borrow a suit from a friend, and I am trying to cancel the purchase and refund the amount. I chose the brand because it is a national reference, but apparently there were some changes! I do not recommend.
