A total lack of respect for the customer! I had to call to cancel because it was already 2 hours from the order and did not deliver, and attendant was still totally indifferent at the time of cancellation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para pedir gás às 10:30 e o pedido foi confirmado por quem atendeu. Às 12:30 não havia chegado e liguei novamente, fui informado que o encarregado pela entrega tinha acabado de sair. A partir de 13:30, sem ter recebido o gás ou alguma satisfação, tentei contato novamente e todas as tentativas foram em vão pois o número não chamava mais. A última tentativa foi às 16:00.
I called to ask for gas at 10:30 and the order was confirmed by who answered. At 12:30 I had not arrived and I called again, I was informed that the person in charge of delivery had just left. From 13:30, without having received the gas or any satisfaction, I tried to contact again and all attempts were in vain because the number did not call anymore. The last attempt was at 16:00.
