Já havia passado por várias imobiliárias por razões de não gostar do imóvel e de contrato.
Consegui um imóvel bom, bem localizado e o corretor se mostrou disposto a negociar o valor do aluguel e alguns serviços a serem feitos no imóvel com o proprietário.

Sou morador a 2 anos em um apartamento que a acervo toma conta. Não atraso aluguel nem nada... Estive recentemente em uma situação de emergência, fui ignorado no whatsapp e parece que não entenderam a urgência que foi explicada a eles...
Acabando o contrato eu tô fora... Arranjar um lugar sem imobiliária, negociar direto com o proprietário... Imobiliária só gera burocracia e dor de cabeça

Fazem de tudo pra tirar um dinheiro de você.
Não respondem direito.... Não hora de alugar é muito bom, te tratam como Deus, depois vira um inferno.
Nunca volto a fechar contrato com eles.
I don't give 0 stars because there's no way....
They do everything to take money from you.
They don't answer right... No time to rent is very good, they treat you like God, then it becomes hell.
I never sign a contract with them again.
