★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 27/01/21, logo após realizar uma cirurgia, tive a infelicidade de entrar nesta loja. Solicitei o medicamento indicado pelo cirurgião e logo já tentaram me empurrar o remédio mais caro que tinham. Sem me dar nenhuma opção. Quando perguntei se tinha algum outro medicamento mais em conta, o atendente, muito despreparado, pegou outro medicamento JOGOU dentro da cestinha e pediu para eu me dirigir ao caixa. Perguntei qual era o medicamento e o valor. Respondeu com muita má vontade e nem me deixou perguntar mais nada. Detalhe que só tinha eu na loja. Pelo destrato sofrido, decidi não compra nesta loja. E fui na PagueMenos um quarteirão à frente. Além de eu ter recebido um atendimento respeitoso na loja PagueMenos o medicamento ficou 35% mais em conta.
Confesso que nunca fui tão mal atendido em toda minha vida. Prometi que nunca mais entraria em nenhuma Araújo. Estou trabalhando em todos os meus contatos para que também não frequentem.
On 01/27/21, right after having surgery, I had the misfortune to enter this store. I requested the medicine indicated by the surgeon and soon they tried to push me the most expensive medicine they had. Without giving me any options. When I asked if he had any other medications that were more affordable, the clerk, very unprepared, took another medication THROUGH the basket and asked me to go to the cashier. I asked what the medication was and the value. He replied with much ill will and didn't even let me ask any more questions. Detail that only I had in the store. Due to the damage suffered, I decided not to buy at this store. And I went to PagueMenos a block ahead. In addition to having received a respectful service at the PagueMenos store, the medication was 35% more affordable.
I confess that I have never been so poorly attended in my life. I promised that I would never enter Araujo again. I am working on all my contacts so that they do not attend.

Funciona 24 horas por dia.

Está em um local muito bem servido por transporte público.
Infelizmente os preços da Drogaria Araújo não são competitivos.
Seu diferencial é o atendimento 24 horas por dia, o que facilita em determinados horários noturnos.
Durante o horário de diurno conseguem-se, facilmente, preços bem melhores que os da Drogaria Araújo.

O ARAUJO mandou um e-mail que a encomenda era disponível quando na verdade faltava um item. Ao conversar com a gerente concordamos a retirar somente o produto que era disponível.
Porem demoramos 45min ate poder ir embora com o produto disponível porque o sistema do ARAUJO tinha problema para poder emitir NF.
Depois de esperar esse tempo todo ainda saímos sem a NF.
Wait 50min at ARAUJO to pick up an online order...
ARAUJO sent an email that the order was available when in fact there was an item missing. When talking to the manager, we agreed to remove only the product that was available.
However, it took us 45 minutes to leave with the product available because the ARAUJO system had problems to issue an invoice.
After waiting all this time, we still left without the NF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui buscar a fórmula do meu filho que estava na promoção e constava no sistema dessa Araújo. Quando eu chego lá não tinha. Achei uma falta de respeito ao consumidor. Se não tem retirar do sistema para não fazer o consumidor gasta tempo e combustível atoa.
