★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem honestidade, levei meu carro com problemas no ar e condenaram o compressor só em abrir o capô cobrou 3500, fui em outro local e o problema foi resolvido por 1000.
Company without honesty, I took my car with problems in the air and condemned the compressor just to open the hood charged 3500, I went elsewhere and the problem was solved by 1000.

Equipe totalmente despreparada e desqualificada.

Atendimento ao cliente não existe.
Análise técnica do problema foi vergonhoso. Após 1h de "analise" fui liberado sem resolver o meu problema inventaram mil coisas.. e fui aconselhado a levar o carro na concessionária, pois lá na arauto biu não tem sequer um scanner automotivo pra ajudar no diagnóstico dos problemas.. pois bem.. sai de lá.. fui em outro local, o mecânico olhou aqui e olhou ali.. levantou o carro, entrou embaixo, viu que um fio elet3ico que manda energia pro compressor estava partido, ele terminou de cortar, fez a emenda, soldou, isolou e pronto. O ar estava de novo 100%. Me cobrou 60$ e fui embora e o ar está ate hoje funcionando. Portanto, por essa experiência, digo que ArautoBiu é uma péssima escolha pra fazer serviços em ar-condicionado... pois um simples fio partido deu uma "surra" nos "técnicos" especialistas da equipe.

Customer service does not exist.
Technical analysis of the problem was disgraceful. After 1 hour of "analysis" I was released without solving my problem, they invented a thousand things... and I was advised to take the car to the dealership, because there at the herald biu doesn't even have an automotive scanner to help diagnose the problems... well. . get out of there .. I went to another place, the mechanic looked here and looked there .. raised the car, went underneath, saw that an electrical wire that sends energy to the compressor was broken, he finished cutting, made the splice, welded , isolated and ready. The air was 100% again. He charged me 60$ and I left and the air is still working today. Therefore, based on this experience, I say that ArautoBiu is a terrible choice to do services in air conditioning... because a simple broken wire gave a "beating" to the "technicians" of the team.
