★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Ifood eles atendem com Lá Familia, pior comida da minha vida, pedi uma lasanha 4 queijos, tiveram a coragem de me mandar massa sobre massa, sem queijo, e com um queijo ralado sem vergonha por cima, super salgado, a coisa mais horrível que já comi, e também vendem comida azeda!!! #láfamilia eles não respondem no WhatsApp, solicitei a devolução, más o descaso é maior, pena poderiam resolver amigavelmente! Só aguardem!
At Ifood they serve Lá Familia, worst food of my life, I ordered a lasagna 4 cheeses, they had the courage to send me pasta on pasta, no cheese, and with shameless grated cheese on top, super salty, the most horrible thing I've already eaten, and they also sell sour food!!! #láfamilia they do not respond on WhatsApp, I asked for a return, but the neglect is greater, pity they could resolve it amicably! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Ifood eles tem o nome de "Lá família" restaurante PÉSSIMO. Levou duas horas pro pedido chegar e ainda chegou revirado e faltando itens; consumimos mesmo assim, afinal morrendo de fome! Abri reclamação pelo Ifood e eles me devolveram o dinheiro, mandaram o motoboy vir aqui em casa, cobrar o dinheiro! Situação vexatória! Sendo que isso se resolve com a plataforma DO APLICATIVO que me fez o estorno.
At Ifood they have the name "Lá Família" PÉSSIMO restaurant. It took two hours for the order to arrive and it still arrived turned over and missing items; we consume it anyway, after all starving to death! I filed a complaint with Ifood and they gave me the money back, they told the motoboy to come here to my house, to collect the money! Embarrassing situation! This is solved with the APPLICATION platform that made me the chargeback.

Percebi q eles usam dois nomes de restaurante no Ifood... Olha a isca de frango, pura gordura e com gosto de carne velha... Horrível péssimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No ifood o restaurante se chama LA FAMÍLIA. Pessimo atendimento, comida sem sabor. Massa fora do ponto de cozimento, frango oleoso e cru, imagem meramente ilustrativa no ifood do que seria servido na marmita, quantidade e qualidade também.
Nao recomendo e eu nunca mais irei pedir ou comer lá. Marmita é puro arroz, pedi duas marmitas paguei 40 reais e nao veio nada do que eu esperava. Péssimo. Olhe na foto a situação da comida.
In the ifood the restaurant is called LA FAMÍLIA. Pessimo service, food without flavor. Pasta outside the cooking point, oily and raw chicken, a merely illustrative image in the ifood of what would be served in the lunchbox, quantity and quality as well.
I don't recommend it and I will never order or eat there again. Lunch box is pure rice, I ordered two lunch boxes I paid 40 reais and nothing came as I expected. Terrible. Look at the picture of the food situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei pedido de jantar e só me deram uma devolutiva 2h após o pedido ser realizado (mesmo solicitando via chat e telefone algum status). Após, nao entregaram e falaram que nao poderiam entregar mais pois a cozinha havia fechado. Pessimo atendimento.
I ordered a dinner and they only gave me a return 2h after the order was placed (even if I requested a status via chat and telephone). Afterwards, they didn't deliver and said they couldn't deliver anymore because the kitchen had closed. Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pedido demorou um pouco mais de 2 horas para chegar. Quando chegou o macarrão estava assim , branco e com uma colher de molho de tomate. Seco e sem molho. Liguei três vezes no restaurante para perguntar sobre a entrega e depois pedir o cancelamento do pedido. Desligaram a ligação duas das três vezes. Não recomendo mesmo que custasse 5,00 e com frete grátis .
The order took a little over 2 hours to arrive. When it arrived the pasta was like this, white and with a spoon of tomato sauce. Dry and without sauce. I called the restaurant three times to ask about delivery and then cancel the order. They hung up two out of three times. I don't even recommend it costing 5.00 and with free shipping.
