★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a aproximadamente dois anos e sempre fui muito bem atendida, os preços são bem acessíveis e os produtos são de excelente qualidade. Como muitas pizzarias que existem por ai, as vezes atrasa um pouquinho os pedidos mais sempre que isso aconteceu fui informada. Super indico e não tenho medo em dizer que e a melhor pizza da região
 I have been a customer for approximately two years and have always been very well attended, prices are very affordable and products are of excellent quality. As many pizzerias out there, sometimes it delays the orders a little bit more whenever this happened I was informed. I recommend it and I'm not afraid to say that it's the best pizza in the region.

Pedi uma pizza, a previsão era de 2 hrs para a entrega.
E sabe o q aconteceu??? Não entregaram e sequer deram satisfação, além de desligarem o whattsApp.
Lamentável esse tipo de tratamento com o cliente.
Perderam um cliente fiel, pq pedíamos td semana e para pequenos e eventos em família.
Horrible!
I ordered a pizza, the forecast was 2 hrs for delivery.
And do you know what happened??? They didn't deliver and didn't even give satisfaction, in addition to turning off whattsApp.
This kind of treatment with the client is regrettable.
They lost a loyal customer, because we asked for every week and for small and family events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é boa. Não e excepcional mas e boa. Mas a organização da pizzaria não existe. É uma bagunça. De cara quando vc faz o pedido, já te dão previsão de tempo para entrega de 80 a 85 minutos. Cheguei a aguardar 2 horas e meia. Desisti. Fui retirar ninguém sabia do meu pedido.
Depois de aguardar mais uns 15 minutos mandaram o motoboy entregar, sendo que eu estava aguardando para retirar. As 3 pizzas chegaram frias e murchas por ficarem suando dentro da caixa.
As 2 estrelas eu dou como incentivo. Vai que...
The pizza is good. It's not exceptional but it's good. But the pizzeria organization does not exist. It's a mess. Right away, when you place the order, you are already given an estimated delivery time of 80 to 85 minutes. I got to wait 2 and a half hours. I gave up. I was withdrawing nobody knew of my order.
After waiting another 15 minutes, they sent the courier to deliver it, and I was waiting to pick it up. The 3 pizzas arrived cold and wilted because they were sweating inside the box.
The 2 stars I give as an incentive. Will that...

Sábado fui pessoalmente e pois estáva passando de carro na avenida. Fui atendida e as pizzas prontas em tempo record .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei o produto, deram o prazo de 50 min. Já passando de 1 hora, o estabelecimento não envia nada para esclarecer o atraso.
Enviei mensagem, informaram que a entrega iria sair em 5 min. Passando mais de 20 min e nada de chegar. Enviando novamente mensagem, falaram que estava na rua e 1 ou 2 min já iriam chegar. Totalizando a entrega chegou depois de 1h:40 min após o pedido.
Muito demorado, tive recomendações para pedir nesse estabelecimento, a experiência é uma só e se findou. Reparem no horário.....
I ordered the product, they gave the deadline of 50 min. After 1 hour, the establishment does not send anything to clarify the delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, mas não surpresa pois as avaliações estão aí... mais de 2 hs esperando, sem satisfação. Pedi a pizza as 21:17 e depois de reclamar 4 vezes ela chega às 23:40. O cliente deveria no mínimo ser isento do pgto depois de toda espera e pelo horário...sqn
Bad experience, but no surprise because the reviews are here... more than 2 hours waiting, no satisfaction. I ordered the pizza at 21:17 and after complaining 4 times it arrives at 23:40. The customer should at least be exempt from the payment after all the waiting and for the time...sqn
