★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente fui cortado de entrar nesta empresa por um erro que cometi sem saber , porque no treinamento não fala sobre esta ação ,o cara do monitoramento fala que vc fez e vc não tem direito de defesa.
E eu com apenas um mês de serviço na transportadora corro o risco de perder meu emprego.
Pesso a diretoria que olhe pro pai de família que precisa trabalhar pra manter sua casa.
O rapaz do pátio me passou a orientação e me falou que ia passar pro seu supervisor o ocorrido que eu podia ficar tranquilo que não ia passar dessa advertência .
Carreguei o caminhão em João Monlevade pra Rezende quando a logística foi fazer o agendamento da descarga eu estou cortado , isso é desumano não achei correta essa atitude, obrigado !

Além do mais há amarração é lenta o pessoal trabalha com preguiça, concerteza devem ganhar mal também! nós seus capacetes a frase, ( não recebemos propina) piada de mal gosto! Kkk tudo pidão...! se vacilar ainda vendem nossas catracas manual para nois mesmo kkk a segurança do local é um lixo anda com som alto e quer pagar de policial ? sem preparo nenhum de abordagem ou seja sem educação, mesmo! querendo obrigar o motorista a usar máscara dentro do seu próprio ambiente cabine, quando a regra é bem clara: 3 metros de distância ou seja tá acabando o contágio o carnaval na porta dos caras e eles querem que você nem respirem ar puro. Fora um filme vagabundo quê passam para os motoristas e nesse mesmo vídeo o motorista nunca acha a tal cobertura de espera onde não ponhe a mão em nada como diz o filme kkk na prática o motorista desse do veículo para correr com as torres coisa que o operador de empilhadeira deviam fazer.
