Comprei capim dos pampas, ótimo atendimento comprei costela de Adão morreram todas disseram que a culpa foi minha, comprei de novo morreram, aí vi samanbaia no insta perguntei o preço responderam 25, cheguei lá disseram que era 30 mas eu disse que não foi o preço passado, venderam, aí começou a morrer em menos de uma semana, fui olhar a raiz tava cheia de cupim, gravei vídeo mandei me responderam que as que estavam na loja não tinha. Falta de respeito, absurdo. Pós venda péssimo.
Terrible! I bought pampas grass, great service I bought Adam's ribs they died they all said it was my fault, I bought them again they died, then I saw fern in the urge I asked the price answered 25, I got there they said it was 30 but I said it wasn't the price in the past, they sold it, then it started to die in less than a week, I went to look at the root was full of termites, I recorded a video and I replied that those in the store didn't have it. Lack of respect, absurd. Lousy after sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a loja, comprei umas folhas de costela de Adão, tive o maior cuidado com elas e as mesmas não aguentaram uma semana e mucharam! Liguei reclamando e falaram que a culpa era minha, inclusive eu falei de todos o cuidados que tive, ainda vieram sugerir que poderia até ter sido energia negativa na minha casa! Inacreditável!!!
Não é primeira vez que vocês culpam o cliente por produto de má qualidade!
