I've been shopping here for several years, I've always been very well attended. Prices are reasonable compared to neighborhood stores. I've already bought a little bit of everything, from basic items for masonry, electrical, plumbing. Deliveries were quick and because of the easy access I will still buy a lot at the store.

O correto seria ele falar que, ou não conhecia tal item ou que na loja não tem. Porque falar que uma peca não existe, sendo que ela existe sim, e' falta de conhecimento/treinamento do funcionário.
I went to buy a connection for water registration, the solderable adapter with bag and thread for registration, and the employee simply said that this part does not exist. The correct thing would be for him to say that he either did not know such an item or that he does not have it in the store. Because to say that a part does not exist, it does exist, and 'lack of knowledge / training of the employee.
