WORST EXPERIENCE we had with material suppliers. The order was delayed, the product delivered was not in line with what was purchased and finally and most disappointing, the malicious negligence and amateurism of the responsible with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não li os comentários antes e tive o mesmo problema já relatado aqui: encomendei uma pedra para a pia do banheiro e veio com cheia de massa para cobrir as trincas. As quinas estão mal feitas, com péssimo acabamento. Colaram a Cuba da pia na pedra sem a minha autorização e, com isso, colocaram excesso de massa que não encaixou no meu móvel. Ao serem questionados, falaram que eu deveria levar e deixar a pedra lá para que eles tirassem o excesso de massa. Não reconheceram os demais erros cometidos e eu ainda tenho que ficar sem a pia e arcar com o esforço logístico para resolver esse problema. Foram 10 dias úteis esperando por um serviço mal feito. Não recomendo.
I have not read the reviews before and had the same problem already reported here: I ordered a stone for the bathroom sink and it came full of putty to cover the cracks. The corners are badly made, with a bad finish. They glued the sink from the sink to the stone without my permission, and so they put excess dough that didn't fit into my furniture. When asked, they said that I should take and leave the stone there for them to remove the excess mass. They did not recognize the other mistakes made and I still have to run out of the sink and bear the logistical effort to solve this problem. It was 10 working days waiting for a poor service. I do not recommend.
