★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após pesquisar na internet por serviço de embreagem perto de casa (bairro Havaí), encontrei a Barão e compareci com minha esposa hoje pela manhã para uma avaliação. Jonathan nos atendeu e após testar o sistema na loja, fez teste de rua (dirigindo o carro conosco), detectou o problema (simples apertos em peças que estavam causando ruído nas trocas de marcha). Esclareceu atenciosamente que não era necessário a substituição da embreagem e ainda avaliou suportes e outros pontos que poderiam estar causando ruído. Enfim...atenção, educação, prestatividade, profissionalismo, honestidade. Estão de parabéns, pois é raro hoje em dia termos excelente atendimento como tivemos, sem levar em conta valor do serviço ou aparência do cliente!
