★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio bem amplo, ainda com asnruas marginais sem asfalto, belas casas que contrastam com outras mais simples, limpeza ainda deixa a desejar, localizado na estrada do côco, fácil acesso, em frente a entrada de Arembepe, tudo muito perto e acessível como mercados, farmácias, lojas em geral.
Valores para todos os bolsos em relação as casas a venda. Ainda um ótimo investimento.
 Very large condominium, still with marginal streets without asphalt, beautiful houses that contrast with simpler ones, cleaning still leaves something to be desired, located on the coconut road, easy access, in front of the entrance to Arembepe, all very close and accessible as markets, pharmacies, general stores.
Values for all pockets in relation to houses for sale. Still a great investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo mundo faz oq quer, vizinhança extremamente barulhenta, colocam carro na frente da garagem dos outros, a portaria não tem contato (telefone, whatsapp) som automotivo em exagero e não tem a quem reclamar, se vamos chamar atenção dos vizinhos pessoalmente eles nao gostam e só dá em confusão. Tem placa pelo condomínio todinho sinalizando sobre o som, mas nao adianta, muita falta de respeito e fiscalização, TAXA DE CONDOMÍNIO PAGA EM VÃO.
Everyone does what they want, extremely noisy neighborhood, they drive a car in front of other people's garages, the concierge has no contact (phone, whatsapp) exaggerated car stereo and there's no one to complain, if we're going to call the neighbors' attention personally, they don't like it and it only causes confusion. There's a sign all over the condominium signaling the sound, but it's no use, a lot of lack of respect and supervision, CONDOMINIUM FEE PAID IN VAIN.
