★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é lindo e bem conservado, mas muito falho em ralação ao protocolo contra a covid 19.As pessoas (com raras exceções) estão usando máscara nas áreas comuns como solicitado nas placas. Deveria ser EXIGIDO dos moradores e convidados sujeito até a multa ;na piscina não tem número limite de banhista e na churrasqueira festa com número grande de pessoas e todos sem máscaras!!
The place is beautiful and well maintained, but very flawed in relation to the protocol against the covid 19. People (with rare exceptions) are wearing a mask in the common areas as requested on the signs. Should be REQUIRED from residents and guests subject to fine; in the pool there is no limit to the number of bather and in the barbecue party with a large number of people and all without masks !!

Casa aconchegante e tudo super confortável,além de o condomínio proporcionar um acesso simples e rápido à praia e uma vista em direto contato com a natureza,piscina grande e bonita(pena que estava interditada por conta da pandemia). Lugar perfeito para relaxar,bastante silencioso,a calmaria predomina durante todo o dia.
Vale ressaltar a prestatividade e educação de todos os funcionários e do anfitrião Deivid.
Recomendo muito!!
I spent 4 days staying and enjoyed it very much. Cozy house and everything super comfortable, in addition to the condominium providing simple and fast access to the beach and a view in direct contact with nature, large and beautiful pool (pity that was banned due to the pandemic). Perfect place to relax, very quiet, calm prevails throughout the day.
It is worth mentioning the helpfulness and education of all employees and host Deivid.
Highly recommend !!

Excellent place! It's the 2nd time I've vacationed in this condo. Close to Salvador and beautiful tourist spots such as Itagimirim, Praia do Forte where Tamar has the project, and Costa do Sauipe.
