O Box entendeu meus e me acolheram como uma família. Hoje fico chateado nos dias que não consigo treinar rs! Além disso, os coachs possuem um ótimo conhecimento das técnicas relacionadas ao crosstraining e uma didática ótima nos ensinamentos. I trained for many years and due to college I stopped training and was having difficulties finding a place that would find me and adjust my schedules. Box understood mine and welcomed me like family. Today I get upset on the days I can't train lol! In addition, the coaches have a great knowledge of techniques related to crosstraining and a great didactic in teaching. I'm sure this will be the place that will make me return to small competitions! Thank you Arena and always keep striving for excellence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um local com 12 horários semanais para treinar, praticamente o dia inteiro e aos sábados 2 horários pela manhã....então não tem desculpas!!!
O ambiente é acolhedor, desde os donos até os professores que tornam um local familiar.
Os treinos contemplam tudo, força, cárdio...
Os professores estão a todo momento corrigindo as técnicas e incentivando.
E também gosto muito do estilo de competição que te leva a superar diariamente seus limites
Isso aliado a um preço justo ?

It's a place with 12 times per week to train, practically all day and on Saturdays 2 times in the morning....so there's no excuses!!!
The atmosphere is welcoming, from the owners to the teachers who make it a familiar place.
Training includes everything, strength, cardio...
Teachers are constantly correcting techniques and encouraging.
And I also really like the style of competition that takes you to overcome your limits daily.
