★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ao cliente final. Deixei uma Dremel para conserto na garantia, quase 1 mês para o conserto. Não recebi nenhum comprovante do conserto, garantia. Não testaram a máquina na minha frente. Não recomendo e nem volto mais ao local.
Terrible end-customer service. I left a Dremel for repair under warranty, almost 1 month for the repair. I have not received any proof of repair, warranty. They didn't test the machine in front of me. I do not recommend and will not return to this place again.
