★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendeaumento!!! Atrasou várias vezes um tratamento do meu cachorro, não dá satisfação de nada. Nao cumpre horários. NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUEM!!! NAO FAÇA SEU PET PASSAR POR ESSE SOFRIMENTO! EVITEM DOR DE CABEÇA, PQ CONVERSAR COM OS DONOS SÓ TRAZEM MAIS DORES DE CABEÇA, POIS ELES SEMPRE REVERTEM O PROBLEMA PRA VOCÊ. SEM CONTAR QUE FERIRAM O CACHORRO DA MINHA IRMÃ TODO NA TOSA E SIMPLESMENTE DISSERAM QUE ERAM CARRAPATOS(ELE N TEM CARRAPATOS)
E outra, o tratamento de CARRAPATOS deles não serve de nada, só gasto de dinheiro. Espero que tenha ajudado na sua escolha.

NOT TO TELL THAT MY SISTER'S DOG HURT IN TOSA AND SIMPLY SAID THAT THEY WERE TICKS (HE DOESN'T HAVE TICKS)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entao, ¨COMPLETAMENTE INSATISFEITA¨, até ganhar a confiança do cliente säo prestativos, mas depois nao cumpre com as palavras, deixa o tratamento dos pet por incompleto, vive inventando desculpas , o ambiente onde fica os animais é super sujo. Nao recomendo.

Todavia, tal conduta se encontrou incompleta, visto que a empresa arena pet começou a lesar o consumidor em um serviço de castração porém eu como amadora de animais, quando me deparei com um termo de responsabilidade onde a empresa arena pet não iriam ter compromisso por qualquer dano ao animal, entao eu optei por desfazer o acordo por condutas de eminência irresponsabilidade. Logo, quando requisitei meu reembolso a empresa começou a disputar de ineficiência e de querer me enganar por mais de um ano. Deixou aqui minha nota e esclareço a todos que não tentem nada envolvendo essa empresa fajuta.
