★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja linda. O produto dispensa comentários. Atendimento ótimo. Procure a Helen. Ótima vendedora que não fica te empurrando coisas e mesmo assim vc compra. Tem noção estética e sabe o que fica e o que não fica bem pra vc. Pergunta até em que ocasiões pretende usar, se aquele couro é mais macio, se vai ser confortável para muito tempo em pé etc. Show de vendedora. Faz toda a diferença.
Beautiful store. The product needs no comment. Great service. Look for Helen. Great saleswoman who is not pushing you things and yet you buy. Has an aesthetic notion and knows what is and what is not right for you. Ask yourself when you want to use it, if that leather is softer, comfortable for long periods, etc. Saleswoman show. It makes all the difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu era cliente dessa loja ,mais a partir de hj não passo nem na porta,estou indignada com a expertiz da dona ,que me deixou chocada.
Obs:
Eu paguei 218,00 , mais a dona disse que só faria a troca no valor de 135,00, nunca vi loja alguma agir dessa forma.E se a cortesia é de 30 dias ,estou dentro do prazo,pq não efetuou a troca?!.
I was a customer of this store, but since I don't even walk by the door, I'm indignant with the owner's expert, who shocked me.
Note:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei um presente e fui trocar dentro do prazo, mas só porque era troca a política mudou "de uma hora para outra", pois costuma funcionar assim: quando você tem um produto no caso o sapato de um valor é troca pelo mesmo ok, se a troca sobrar fica crédito e se for maior você paga a diferença.
Quando falei que era troca, o sapato que estava na promoção voltada para o preço anterior.
Por exemplo, a sandália que eu ganhei estava a venda na loja por 100 reais, gostei de uma que estava na promoção por 100 reais, contudo, fui informada que em caso de troca, a sandália que eu me interessei sairia pelo preço cheio, sendo por 200.
Isso não procede em outras lojas Arezzo, pelos menos as que eu entrei em contato (Iguatemi, Dom Pedro e Galleria) e de valinhos.
Diante dessa situação, fui a loja do Iguatemi na qual recebi um ótimo atendimento e consegui trocar sem problemas.

When I said it was an exchange, the shoe that was in the promotion turned to the previous price.
For example, the sandal I won was for sale in the store for 100 reais, I liked one that was on sale for 100 reais, however, I was informed that in case of exchange, the sandal I was interested in would come out at full price, being for 200.
This does not happen in other Arezzo stores, at least the ones I contacted (Iguatemi, Dom Pedro and Galleria) and valinhos.
Faced with this situation, I went to the Iguatemi store where I received great service and managed to change without any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completamente diferente de outras lojas da rede. Sinceramente nem deu pra avaliar a diversidade de produtos. Por isso não dei somente uma estrela. Estive na loja em 30/12, no final da tarde, A loja estava vazia, no entanto fui muito mal atendida. A vendedora sequer se deu ao trabalho de uma consulta. Simplesmente disse “estes são os modelos que temos”. Em seguida saiu e foi conversar com outra funcionária atrás do balcão. E deixou eu e minha filha sem a atenção que uma vendedora deveria dar. Saímos e fomos para outra loja de outra rede e lá compramos 3 pares pois fomos muito bem atendidas. Sugiro aos proprietários reverem o processo de atendimento ao cliente pois está na contramão do mercado.
Completely different from other stores in the chain. Honestly, I couldn't even assess the diversity of products. That's why I didn't just give one star. I was at the store on 12/30, at the end of the afternoon, The store was empty, however I was very poorly attended. The seller didn't even bother to consult. I simply said “these are the models we have”. Then he left and went to talk to another employee behind the counter. And it left me and my daughter without the attention a salesperson should give. We left and went to another store from another chain and there we bought 3 pairs because we were very well attended. I suggest owners review the customer service process as it goes against the market.
