Eu sempre tenho algum problema quando paro nesse estacionamento.
O proprietário é um idoso mal humorado, grosso, arrogante, carrancudo e sem educação. O manobrista que sempre me atende também reúne tais características e, por ser uma pessoa de porte físico maior, ainda se utiliza de agressividade desmedida.
Da última vez que estacionei, ao retirar o carro do estacionamento, notei um problema no veículo que não havia antes, logo perguntei ao proprietário e ao manobrista, da forma mais respeitosa e cautelosa possível (pois já sabia da tratativa deles com os clientes), se havia acontecido algo enquanto eu estava fora. Ambos responderam agressivamente, praguejaram e me ofenderam, fazendo com que eu ficasse receosa por minha integridade física e moral e saísse as pressas do local. Me senti completamente insegura!
Nunca mais na vida eu estaciono meu carro nesse lugar.
E NÃO RECOMENDO DE FORMA ALGUMA O ESTACIONAMENTO SOUZA.
Certainly one of the worst parking lots in Campinas!
I always have a problem when I stop at this parking lot.
The owner is a moody, thick, arrogant, sullen and uneducated elderly. The valet who always attends me also has these characteristics and, because he is a person of larger physical size, he still uses excessive aggression.
The last time I parked, when removing the car from the parking lot, I noticed a problem with the vehicle that didn't exist before, so I asked the owner and the valet, in the most respectful and cautious way possible (since I already knew about their dealings with customers), if something had happened while I was gone. Both responded aggressively, swore and offended me, making me afraid for my physical and moral integrity and hurrying out of the place. I felt completely insecure!
Never again in my life do I park my car in that place.
AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND SOUZA PARKING IN ANY WAY.
