★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço físico é bom, o atendimento satisfatório, o preço é alto e os produtos... As vezes tem coisas lindas, outras nem tanto, tem mesmo que garimpar. Tem outras sapatarias que gosto mais. Já ouvi muitas críticas sobre o atendimento, mas penso que não é o melhor, mas não desabona ninguém.
The physical space is good, the service satisfactory, the price is high and the products ... Sometimes it has beautiful things, others not so much, it has to pan. There are other shoe stores that I like better. I've heard a lot of criticism about the service, but I think it's not the best, but it does not dissapoint anyone.

I went to buy a gift for my mother-in-law and I was told at the end - after the purchase, that I couldn't exchange it at another chain store. I always bought at Arezzo because of the brand's credibility, I don't buy anymore. In addition, I paid in cash and had no discount. It was good.

Em menos de 24h da compra, ao retornar para a troca, fui informada pela vendedora que naquele tipo de compra não era permitida a troca, todavia essa informação não foi dita no ato da compra. Só aceitou a troca depois de muita insistência. Devido ao credito, ainda adquiri outro produto no ato da troca, mas fui mal atendida pela vendedora q estava visivelmente com má vontade. A loja precisa melhorar o atendimento ao consumidor.
I bought a sandal to promote the Salvador liquid and when I tried to use it I realized that it was skidding. In less than 24h of the purchase, upon returning to the exchange, I was informed by the seller that in that type of purchase the exchange was not allowed, however this information was not said at the time of purchase. He only accepted the exchange after much insistence. Due to the credit, I still purchased another product at the time of the exchange, but I was poorly attended to by the saleswoman who was visibly unwilling. The store needs to improve customer service.
