★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ontem (27/12) na Arezzo do shopping Pátio Paulista para comprar um tênis, e no momento que entrei, já percebi que nenhuma vendedora veio até mim, então fui olhando os tênis e até que em um momento fui falar com uma das vendedoras e perguntei se possuíam na loja o tênis que havia visto no site. Com muita arrogância ela disse que não tinha e simplesmente virou as costas e foi falar com outro cliente. Nem perguntou se eu gostaria de ver outro modelo ou algo do tipo que geralmente vendedores fazem. Achei um completo descaso e despreparo. E aí eu eu faço a pergunta para a empresa: vocês são racistas ou algo do tipo? Não fui atendida por ser negra? Só por ser negra não posso frequentar a loja de vocês? Extremamente chateada!
 Yesterday (27/12) I went to Arezzo at the Pátio Paulista mall to buy a sneaker, and the moment I entered, I already noticed that no saleswoman came to me, so I was looking at the sneakers and until at one point I went to talk to one of the salesgirls and asked if they had in store the sneakers I had seen on the website. With a lot of arrogance she said she didn't have it and simply turned her back and went to talk to another customer. Nor did he ask if I would like to see another model or something like that usually sellers do. I found it to be complete neglect and unpreparedness. And then I ask the company the question: are you racist or something? Wasn't I served because I'm black? Just because I'm black, I can't go to your store? Extremely upset!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as vezes que frequento a loja, sou tratada de forma indiferente, as vendedoras ficam uma olhando pra outra, jogando a cliente pra outra, é triste entrar em um local e se sentir assim, domingo fui na loja, não fui bem tratada, então peguei e fui fazer a minha compra em outra loja, estou cansada de ser tratada dessa maneira quando vou nessa loja, agora prefiro muito mais ir e frequentar a loja do Shopping Cidade São Paulo que sempre sou bem tratada e sem cara feia de vendedora.
Every time I go to the store, I'm treated indifferently, the salesgirls are looking at each other, throwing the customer at the other, it's sad to go into a place and feel like this, Sunday I went to the store, I wasn't treated well, so I took it and went to make my purchase at another store, I'm tired of being treated that way when I go to that store, now I much prefer to go and frequent the Shopping Cidade São Paulo store, which I'm always treated well and without a saleswoman's ugly face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma bolsa, com 2 dias de uso a mesma começou a descascar e o couro deformar. Levei pra avaliação e ficaram de me retornar. Isso já faz mais de 50 dias e até agora nenhuma resposta. Eles se preocupam apenas em vender, porém a assistência ao cliente é péssima!
I bought a bag, after 2 days of use it started to peel and the leather to deform. I took it in for evaluation and they kept getting back to me. This has been over 50 days and so far no response. They only care about selling, but the customer service is terrible!
