A pessoa não cobrou e deu um novo, dizendo que muito possivelmente era falha de fabricação.
Muito honestos. Parabéns
Very trained staff. A "brooch" (I don't know the name) that attaches to the Crocs broke and we went there to buy another one.
The person did not charge and gave a new one, saying it was very possibly a manufacturing fault.
